I haven't been keeping track of everything on here like I am suppose to and got a little caught up in life in general. Not exercising as much but I did quit drinking sodas. Replaced them with SoBe Life waters :)

Haven't been on lately, I have extremely bus wth work but everything is going good. At least it looks like it.

I have felt like crud the last couple of days. I'm not getting much sleep and it is taking it's toll on my body. I feel like I am gaining weight cause of all this instead of losing it. I am scared to get on the scale for fear I have gained weight and I don't want to be anymore depressed than I already am.

I have slacked on exercising the last couple of days. I got some in but not much. I had 1 exam and a final to do. I just finished my exam. now I get to start on my final for Java. The semester will be over real soon and I need to get these done before then.
Needless to say, my "trying to get back into shape and lose weight" isn't going so well this week. My weight has stayed the same, shockingly!!! I will get back into it as soon as I can pry myself away form my computer long enough to get it done. School is demanding. But I need to relax too.
I'm not trying to make excuses, even though I feel like I am. I do need to get this stuff done but I also need to watch my weight and what I eat as well. If I eat anything. today (18th) I hardly ate, which is a no-no since lack of eating can make you gain weight as well.
I need to go to bed now. I am tired/exhausted from the exam I hadd been working on since roughly 10am in the morning.
