Ahhh! I'm going to blame it on my body so I don't feel so guilty... It won't stay in the 140-149lbs. range. It will always make me eat so that my weight in the 150+ pounds. I go below that and I'm starving and craving all the time. I actually reached 141 lbs. once. But only by working out EVERYDAY, thinking about food ALL THE TIME and really overeating once a week when I had my "day off"...I knew I was not going to be able to keep up with this as a lifestyle. It was like a punishment and thinking about food, and calorie intake was always in my mind as a priority. I kind of let go a little bit. I started an exercise routine that is actually doable for my lifestyle 3-4 times a week. I allow myself 200-300 extra calories a day (my intake was 1000-1200 tops)and even tough it costed me packing 10 more pounds I feel much more healthy and I live a more normal life...but since I was able to reach 140 and felt like a Supermodel I can't stop feeling overweight...and I am so afraid of keep gaining weight and lose it completely. It's been hard work to make it to a healthier weight. My philosophy is that I want to be a little under so that it doesn't hurt as much when I indulge. I have a wide frame and I tend to look a little bony when I go under 145...but 152 will easily round up the 160...let's see how I work this one out...I've tried exersicing a little harder, but of course, the harder I work out, the hungrier I get. It's like my body telling me here is where you need to be...
