1/2 of Fiber One cereal each morning help me out. Maybe start with 1/4 cup.

Become aware of Sodium content in foods you eat!
I have a terrible salt addiction. I've tried switching to sea salt and even though it taste better it's still not good for you. Are there any real salt subsitute that are good for you and taste good?
