Tomorrow I will be laying on my floor for a week most likely in need of CPR. I will be starting the Alpha cycle of T25. I'm in it for the full 14 weeks. On the bright side, it's day 1 and that's a whole lot better then saying "I'm going to start some time soon" ;)
