I posted my recipe for Courgette(zucchini), potato and cheddar soup yesterday but it looks like all the ingredients are for 1 person- oops! it is for 4, it's very easy to do and delicious to eat! I'm a bit fed up at the moment because Henry Puss Cat has gone awol, I think he's been panicked and got lost. I have notified the local vets and the RSPCA so fingers crossed. When I moved into another house a few years back one of my cats went missing for a week before he came back so I'm hoping it's the same with Henry.

I moved to a new house at the beginning of June and my house is at the bottom of a steep cobbled street, I walked up part of the street today looking for one of my cats and I got to thinking- we have different speeds of walking to record in our exercise calendar, but you must use more calories if you walk uphill surely? What does anyone else think- I live in the Pennines and it's quite hilly, not many flat places round here!

I have been really busy lately, having to move house again and got stuff to do ont'allotment when the weather's been ok. Now I'm having alot of pain in my foor, apparently it's to do with years of walking on the outside of my foot and now I need some sort of support around my heel, so I now await an appointment with the podiatrist. Happy days!
