I was only at 11% protein yesterday. Not goot. My goal today is to be at least 20%. Not sure what a good ratio should be for me, but i know i need more protein.

This is it. I can do this. I think the important thing for me to remember is eating or drinking one thing isnt going to ruin my whole day so i cant just go crazy. If i fall down just get right back up! i dont want to be uncomfortable anymore. i want to walk into my closet grab come clothes and go.

Got a little side tracked this weekend, but decided to get back on focus today. My husband, however, decided to bring me a caramel macchiato to work and added an extra 300 calories to my day. Ugh it was very sweet, but i did not need that. Im not losing focus though. I am going to try and cut some calories with dinner tonight. Maybe ill drink a shake or something.

Feeling good. Scales says I'm down 3lbs. I'm sure its just water weight but its keeping me motivated! Slipped up a little last night and went to chili's, but I'm not going to let that ruin my whole week!
