It wouldn't let me get the whole pic in from the Libra app but that is basically from the start of 2019 to now...same with the stats pic. I didn't find out about the app until after I started here...can't remember who to credit but someone gave it to me (feel free to give a shout out to yourself in the comments if you know who you are lol). It has been so helpful. Just seeing that plummeting red line has done more for me than I thought it would. I don't have a pic of my "top" weight but in 2014 when I very first got sick I know that I was actually closer to 360. Being so sick got me down to the 330's (up and down about 10 pounds for all those years that I was sickest) and then by the time I started my diet in April of 2018 I was at 333. When I started with the Libra app (right before I started being successful at dieting) I was at 323 and the morning I went in for the surgery I was at 282.3 pounds. The way I measure it I lost 51 pounds before I even had the surgery...so I've only lost a little more after than I had prior but I will also say that the month before I had that surgery I had actually gained weight. I knew that I was done. I knew that I couldn't keep it up any longer on my own. I won't say it's been easy...it hasn't, the surgery is not the "easy way out"...it's been "different". I just know that it has made a huge difference in the way I eat and has been an invaluable tool. For those of you considering it...do the research. Talk to your doctor about what they think "the hardest part" will be. You might be surprised at just how hard it can be. But it works. I had everything go wrong that could and I still lost. I was sick and in bed for roughly half of this last year and I still lost a little more than I did in the 6 months prior. I'd still do it if I had to decide again. And my eating is so much better. It is easier to "stop" eating than it used to be lol.
