The cravings for fast food are still there, but not as strong. I actually cooked myself a really healthy breakfast this morning and it didn't taste horrible! The hardest thing for me is going to be to exercise. The only thing that's easy for me to do is walk because I can push Kaden in the stroller.

This is my first day on my diet. I had a protein shake for breakfast, a piece of pizza and a small salad for lunch, Taco Bell for dinner, and some brown rice with mango for a snack. I walked around cranes roost twice.
I really want to lose weight, I'm only 18 and I feel ugly. This isn't how it should be. I want to be healthy for my son.
My goal weight is 130-135
