Well I've always struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. However, I was raised to believe that you should NEVER GIVE UP on yourself and always try to look and feel your very best. Thank you MOM!!! :) Anyways, I will probably live 20 years longer and get to see my grandkids because of those beliefs.

My hero and idol Mike Utley says "keep your eye on the goal!" That is so true especially when the platues hit.

Oh and always remember you are far stronger than you realize. That is mentally. YOU CAN DO IT and SO CAN I! :)

HELP!!! Its 2:37 p.m. and I've ate all my points! What can I do???
I am new to WW and had a bad day....okay a really bad day! I ate all my points already because I am SO TIRED. My kids got me up in the middle of the night about 5 different times and I'm exhausted!!! I ate some m & m's that I have on hand in the house and used up my points FAST. I know I shouldn't have those types of foods in the house but I was using them as a rewards system to help my toddler get potty trained. Nonetheless, last week when I wasn't so tired I had problems resisting the M's but today I was craving them! What can I do to make it until tomorrow morning? Any advice???
