Lost 62 pounds so far (since January 2012) but i am on a "plateau"...
Drop the carb intake to below about 20 a day for a week.... Big part of the plateau could be due to insulin getting in the way of letting your body use its fat reserves

Replace the calories removed with macadamia nuts, healthy oils like olive and flaxseed and add in some eggs as a suggestion.
