Grand final for AFL football this Saturday and a Pubic holiday in Melbourne on Friday. Bulldogs v's Sydney Swans. Really looking forward to a 3 day weekend. Today at work they had a football themed day which included meat pies and sausage rolls for lunch. I managed to avoid the whole food thing and feel really proud. It sure smelt great, but I have changed my lifestyle to LCHF for the last 5-6 months now and was not going to be tempted. Hope you all have an amazing weekend.

Warmer weather is on the way in Australia, which is motivating in itself. It brings me a different feel somehow and less layers of clothing, salads, etc. Looking forward to spring and summer.
