Going off of chapter 14 in the text book and knowing the adjustments I want for my body, I know that (1) I am in the few that want to gain weight (2) I have always been in a good weight range for my height. Being an ex-athlete I have always needed a little extra weight to stay healthy, but because I'm no longer as active my body no longer needs it. Something that I noticed though is that it is comfortable and runs better with the little extra 5 pounds.
