Sometimes work just gets in the way. It's getting in the way of my sleeping and exercise schedule! ;) I'll have to watch my eating closer if I don't get my regular exercises going.

Slowly but surely, the weight is still coming off. The tremendous loss from the early days has passed and I'll have to make do with the minimal progress. Yesterday and today were difficult food days. A lot of hunger and overeating, I'm afraid I'll be paying for it in the next couple of days. I think perseverance is my best option. Until next time friends.

An old rotator cuff injury flared up a couple of weeks ago and was playing havoc with my exercise schedule. As a result, my weigh-ins have been inconsistent, to say the least, and haven't felt like reporting. I've been yoyoing between 243 and 248 for about the same time. I started wearing a shoulder brace to work everyday instead of a couple times a week. I tried to go back to my routine on Monday but that didn't work. The day before yesterday, I decided to eliminate everything that might put a strain on my shoulder, it didn't leave much. So, yesterday morning I decided to ditch exercise altogether and just went for a jog in the park with the dog. She wasn't thrilled, because I didn't want to stop and sniff everything, but managed to put in a decent half hour in the cool dawn air. Today my weight was finally on the downward trend again, And, I'm less than 2 pounds from my current goal weight. Hopefully I can keep this going.
