No change in weight, but yet I haven't been dieting. I took a hiatus. Started a new job, and now I work from home. I find it harder to plan my meals than when I went out on the road every day. Just going thru a little bit of a lazy phase. Bak to Phase 1 on Monday. Even though I have been eating bread, and normal food it is still way healthier than before I started the diet. But I find that my cravings are started to creep up on me.
I joined Curves Fitness club and will work that into my daily routine.

Does anyone else have the same frustration trying to submit a recipe? I have tried to submit recipes on a number of occasions and there is a 256 Character restriction. Even when I fine tune it (trust me I have counted) to less that 256 it still won't let me submit. How do you do it? I have some great recipes that I want to share with my American SBD buddies! Maybe we could share our email addresses?

Zippedy Dooo Daaa, Dropped the 2 lbs. I put on at training. Now my goal is to drop below the 180 mark. Help keep me strong. My meaurements are down a 1/2" on the bust, waist, and pouch (you know that roll below the waist that makes your skirts and pants smile?) My goal is if I get down another 10 lbs. I am going to treat myself to a new Leather Jacket. Wish me luck!

Well back to Phase I. It seems strange but I almost looked forward to it. Really fell off the wagon this weekend and feel like crap because of it. But I had a really big motivator. I would like to share with me fellow SBDers. I live in a resort/ski town. Most of the women here are an average of size 0 - 2. Is it me or are skinny women really mean. I have suffered a barrage of insults both to my face and behind my back. There two women in particular who are the meanest. I call them the 3B's. Bossy, Bully Bxxches. I overheard them talking about me at a party last nite in the women's washroom. They didn't know I was in the stall. The were talking about how good I was starting to look. Let's chalk one up for us chubbies.!

Well I'm back from my training. As I feared it was laden with danishes, muffins, and sandwiches. I had a sandwich every day for lunch, there wasn't anything else to choose from. I weighed in today and I am up two pounds. Sxxxxt!. Oh Well back to Phase I on Monday.
