Well I am going to try this again. I have completely eliminated alcohol from my diet just ending up week two, now that I am confident, that I can do that, I am going to try Phase 1 )honestly this time.

Well my fellow SBDers I am back after almost a year. I had an injury to my shoulder in July and fell off the excercise regime. I then had another accident and dropped a 26" TV on my right hand and crushed three fingers on my right hand and that sent me into a whirlwind of depression, chocolate, chips and junk food. I was living on my couch.
Now after, getting over a bad bout of the flu, I have finally decided that I am tired of feeling crappy. Even though my weight loss last year was minimal and my inches lost were few I felt great in comparison to how I feel right now.
I am going to start on Phase 1 on Monday, with a weigh in a mearsurment record. Wish me luck!

Starting back on Phase II tomorrow. I have started to slip. I felt that because I was working out that I could have a little more to eat and slipped off the diet. Then last week I was so crazy busy at work, I only worked out once.
I was sitting at a barbecue party on the weekend and caught a glimpses of my reflection in the Patio door. Still not liking wht I am seeing. So back to Phase 1 with the excercise. Wish me luck !

Woo Hoo down another 3.5 pounds. I know it doesn't seem like much, but fact is I haven't really been dieting. I have just been eating better, and working out at Curves.
I joined exactly one month yesterday, and I was dreading the one month weight in. I declined the measurement check though I think I will wait awhile on that and hoped to be extra pleased when I do measure!

I have been away for a few weeks and I have been off the SBD. I am planning to start bak on Phase 1 on Monday. I have noticed some new recipes that include: Apricot Juices, Onion Soup Mix, Flour, Rice, Potatoes, and corn. Have I missed something has the South Beach Diet changed are these food not a no, no and if so what are these recipes doing here.
