Hi everyone!
I am a 22 year old who lives in Sydney Australia!
I am currently trying to get down to 68kg with the ideal being 65kg.
I currently weigh 77.7kg and am following my own diet of low fat and lots of raw fruit and veggies!
I am also trying to do some form of exercise 6 days a week

Is there ever a limit on water consumption
Thank you so much that was very helpful.

I was just thinking about it as I am up to drinking 4 or more litres a day (I'm in australia so there is a currency conversion)

I just wasn't sure if that was still ok...

Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if there was ever a point in which you can drink too much water each day not including when you need more when exercising. And if you do have more what would happen to you?

if anyone knows that would be great!

I have the full series and I have found the 2nd dvd is a really good work out as it takes you actual exercises. The other dvd's are more fun as additional exercise!
