Wow totally unexpected another 2 lbs drop. Maybe I am starting to like phase 1... they say that green tea causes an increase in metabolism and i DID have 5 cups of it at work yesterday LOL. :) But seriously, maybe I'm not eating enough?

Thank you everyone for all the nice comments on my last journal entry. I very much appreciated them. Was a low day. :)
Today another good day, i think i can safely say today was a low calorie day, though i must admit not intentionally so. Just been such a busy day at work. I'm also pleased because i checked my BMI on the Health Canada website and woohoo one more lbs and i am below BMI of 40. :) I think this is something worth being happy about.

Hi,
Today another day passed. I'm starting to get a little cranky without much carbs. I have to admit I've been feeling discouraged, I don't know why. I think that its partly because I feel I have a long way to go still. It's not easy doing this kind of lifestyle change. Will have to take it one day at a time and focus on the reasons why I am doing this.
