I'm a 24 year old guy living in the fast paced world in Montreal. I work full time and go to school part time so my schedule is always crazy. I consider being overweight a liability for health and professional reasons. In addition to being intelligent and competitive, people here are fit, fashionable, attractive and I have decided to join in and not be left behind in the race. This is something that I want to do for myself to better my health, mind, and soul.

Trying again
Hi!

Me too i just restarted the south beach diet. Before i lost something i think 40 lbs? I've just recently restarted again. South Beach seems to be the only diet i've recently tried that actually works on me.

CBS Nightly News: The Water Myth
I would count flavored water but I'm not an expert (unless theres sodium in the drink like in some bubbly water). I also read in an article that green tea or herbal teas also counts as part of "daily intake" of water.
