Now in my early 50's, I decided to stop coloring my hair. Wanting to be and look vibrant, six weeks ago I decided to step up my current fitness regime which included hiring a fitness trainer and getting a buddy involved. Since then, I've put on a few more unwanted pounds. Grrrrr! I'm too old to expect simply working out more and eating just okay to do the trick. To actually be vibrant, I'm gonna need to eat vibrantly healthy. Well, it makes sense to me.
