Looking for a group to help stay motivated.
Hi Wendy! Also from Spark People and also missing the community. Although I have lost a lot more weight since SP closed down - maybe just a coincidence? I would love to find an active group on FS. I find the tracking great! Count me in! Heather

What's your quick and easy lunch for each day of the week?
I love to meal prep on the weekend so it is all ready to be heated up for meals during the week. Soups / chilis are my go to for lunches. I make them homemade so I can make them nutritious. Best wishes!
