Good Afternoon, I am late on signing in again. Been moving furniture and doing laundry today. Weather is beautiful but I'm not getting out
until tomorrow. My 2 grandsons wanted to spend the week end with me again. Of course I said ok. My son tells me I can say no anytime I want to but I haven't wanted to say no yet. When weather gets better and I can get out and go to dances again I will say no.

Good Morning All - I am making more soup today, on my food diary I added all the ingredients on lunch because I will eat it for both meals
but I probsbly won't eat it all in one day. Hope you all are having a good day. Love All

Just figured out how to upload a photograph on my bio, I weigh about
250 in this photo, don't have any when I am lighter, OOPS I haven't been lighter since I was 20 years old!!!

Good Morning Buddies, Today is a beautiful day!! The sun is out and suppose to be in the 50's this weekend..I feel very motivated than ever to lose weight..I did a lot of reading last night about motivation and how good losing feels. Thanks for all the support I received yesterday on my depressed day..

I thought I added my entry today but guess not. Today has been a good day. I made some beef broth soup today. Used green beans, beef broth, mexican sauce (very low carb) meatballs I had frozen. Added a few spices and it was very good in the cold weather.
