What I've realized in my journey, is that those around me are looking for a leader. You don't have to be the CEO of your business, you can be anyone you are. Your impact can be tremendous if you're willing to take a moment and share. I might sound like a spammer, but in truth, I'm not. I tell anyone who notices my health about FS. I think it's important to let people know that this site gives what all the other paid sites exactly the same benefits if not more because you don't have to pay a dime to use it.

Today, I woke to weigh in. I thought it would be about the same weigh in as a couple days ago. I lost another half pound. It took me so many forks full of stuff that was killing me to get up to the weight I began with. I don't even know where my "good" weight is. I changed my goal today to another 10 lbs. less. I thank God for the great people here that inspire me to continue my journey. Special props to New Jon. He's the bomb! If I had someone like New Jon around long ago, I'd never have been fat in the first place.

I needed to know there was someone out there who really wanted this as much as me and was willing to take everyone with me up the mountain. The view is getting better. Everyone on this site amazes me. I am ready to take on the next part of my journey. I plan to take everyone, and I mean EVERYONE with me! God's Grace with us all! Pray for God's will to be with us on this next phase!

For the past month or so, I've been obsessed with keyhole gardens. If you haven't heard of them, they're raised gardens typically hip height six foot round with a center basket which is a compost pile, and a notch cut out so you can access your garden at a reaching distance.

They are often built in villages where water is scarce, and made of gathered rocks. So, today, Phil and I made a modified version of the keyhole garden.

I am so excited that Phil really got into it! We used old branches that I had placed in a pile last year, wood ash, horse poop that had been seasoned for a year, rocks from the property, sand from the property, egg shells, coffee grounds, orange peels, bits of metal...I can't wait to share photos of the finished project!

PLUS it was a natural work out! As soon as we put water in it, Phil said, I could picture these all over the place! Woot!

We impact those around us in ways we do not know.

For the last month, I have made it clear to everyone at work that I'm not putting the morning feed bag on like I used to.

We sell food for a living, beautiful food of all kinds, organics, beautifully finished cheeses, everything imaginable for the kitchen. And to top it off, everyone I work with are all foodies, cooks, pastry lovers, and people lovers, etc. And lately, I've noticed we've ALL been changing.

I have invited all my buddies at work to come to FS. They are beginning to share fruit and good whole food choices in the mornings...we all report what we ate at lunch to one another...We talk about nutrients and rich calories as apposed to poor ones!

This is a milestone for my entire crew! I can't believe how happy we all are "getting it" together!

Thanks FS buddies for your support and never-ending kindness. You're such an important part of our daily success.
