Well, I have not done so well. I got really peeved about gaining weight because of the Rx I'm temporarily on and lost sight of my goal. I had ice cream and other unmentionables. But, I'm back on track of my goal and hopefully when I am off the drug, the weight will plummet down like crazy!

I am soooo frustrated! I am on a new Rx for a few months and have gained 5 pounds in my first week of taking it..damn side effects! It is so discouraging especially when you do everything 100%. It makes me feel really bad to have no control over this...Ugghhh!!

Well, I went to a party on Sunday night and drank beer. Even though it was Michelob Ultra, it doesn't matter when you drink them like it was your college days! Now it's Tuesday and I'm finally getting rid of the bloated feeling. I haven't had that much fun in a very long time, but the weight gain wasn't worth it.

Darn, not as much of a weight loss after 2 weeks without weighing in as I had hoped for. I guess you have to slow down sometime though! Oh well, plugging away at this.

well, I ended up not weighing in last friday because I didn't want to get discouraged with the bloating and pms crap. So, hopefully I'll have a nice surprise when I weigh in this week.
AND, I bought a double stroller (super expensive!!), specially designed for walking on rough terrain and roads, so I could put the baby and 22 month old in (can't get your heartrate up with a wandering toddler) while I walk at nights. Well, the little TURD will NOT get in or stay in it. I love my children, I love my children, I love my children.....haha ha ha ha!!
