This past week has been especially tough for me... with health concerns of my own, ex-husband issues... children illnesses...etc all raining down at one time, I needed to step away from the computer for a little while... and just when it can't get any worse, Aunt Flo arrives - like she can help??? LOL! Turns out my vitamin B12 levels are too low, I need more zinc... why are you not taking calcium & Vitamin D? Goodness? $100 in vitamin purchases and I'm gonna feel better! OK, so thats the hope...waiting for the call to schedule the MRI... but at least the kidneys & liver are ok! I do have to tell you... if you are looking for a 'boost'... get yourself some Vitamin B12! Holy Cow! Talk about an energy booster! The ex-husband... well he's still a numb nut - there's some really good reasons he's an ex... the kids are on the mend...court stuff with ex - put on the plate for next week... and me, I'm gonna try to get back in the groove of things! Easy Peasy! LOL! Now I'm wondering - How many calories are in all of these new pills??????? I hope you all are having a better week!

Today will be my Weigh-In Wednesday...

Day 3 of one competition, 1st day of another... and the day before my own... All I Want For Christmas Is A Smaller...Ask Me!

I have been pretty diligent so far (3 days) at logging my calories, staying within my RDI - or close enough (lol), drinking my water (starting to gurgle), walking my @$$ off (I saw bits of it bounce on the sidewalk)and just getting my body moving in general...

Motivated to keep this up, as I am striving for "another" 30... GONE! Not lost, but gone - as I have no intention to look for it or find it again!

Loving meeting all of my new BUDDIES! :-)

Just weighed myself, AND...

Oh YES! 3 days in from one challenge and already down 2.4 pounds! So JAZZED! Whoo-Hoo! I'm on my way! It's amazing the difference that drinking all of that water makes!
