Eating healthy for the past 3 days. Diet is OK, been exercise 2 out of last three days (an hour on elliptical; an hour on elliptical; weight training; light swim 1 hour).

After losing over 60lbs last year
from 260lbs to 185lbs & went back to 237lbs
stupidly by eating lots of easy to make foods with no nutritional value at all
(I.E. lots of white bread w/ nothing)
GOALS FOR SUMMER 2010:
- I will lose 37 lbs over the summer 2010 to get back under 200lbs.
- I will eat healthier foods that I don't necessarily like or may be harder to prepare
(whole wheat bread, salad, eggs, milk etc. etc.)
- I will eat foods with all the nutrition needed in a balanced way;
- 3 meals a day
(approx).
- I will keep a journal of everything I eat (approx - I won't obsess over this and will estimate if needed).
- I will exercise on a regular basis, either cycling or at the gym with a focus on cardio and heart rate.
