Today I think I eat too much, staying at home working on a computer all day probably didn't contribute, I'm going to try to exercise more in the next few days - I just really don't feel like working out at night now.

Everything pretty much the same. I think I'm eating right and get a decent mount of exercise one way or another through summer vacation.

Today (tonight) was a good day, I did about 4 hours at the gym before finally calling it quits. I should focus more on steady exercise rather than these surges that end up hurting my back.
Ever since summer vacation started I haven't been sleeping well and sometimes I tend to sleep during the day more but I am still just as functional as ever, just at night. I'm going to try and correct this in the next few weeks before the next semester starts but for now am going to record food when I take it and not when I WAS SUPPOSED to have taken it to help me monitor this sleep situation.
