Working out four days a week on cardio. Eating healthy (although probably too little) - only moderate weight loss

doing real well, going to the gym on a daily basis for 1 hour running and 30 minutes weights (no more no less, no 6 hours once a week like before) (I'm sure having the flu helped me lose a few pounds too since I wasnt hungry for a few days but feeling better now, just need to watch it).
Sorry I haven't 'been around' gang, I'll try to go over all the private messages ASAP [sorry for late response] I've just been very busy with a new launch we have at work. I'm going to definetly 'see this through' to the end though...been doing good both on eating and exercising, just not recording it here..

Been very busy lately so sorry for no updates. I'll try to go over my inbox ASAP I'm just been working longer than usual lately.
I have managed to get a steady gym routine (mostly), go Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri to run for 1 hour and 30 minutes on machines (no more no less) - been trying to stick to that as much as possible but being sick for 3 days this week with a fever didn't help....although altogether not having an appetite seemed to help, just not very healthy way to lose weight.

I gained some weight after stopping to record my intake.
I also haven't been exercising lately as much as I should and am going to try to get back to regular exercise...starting today.
Main reason for weight gain: not paying attention to RDI, not exercising & low activity while on vacation.
Conclusions: even though I AM eating healthy now. I should still watch my RDI and exercise regularly as even healthy foods cause weight gain.
I am happy I found a balanced way to eat using this site, I just need not to eat as much of it though. I am eating vegetables and fruit regularly and threw out all 'bad foods' like white bread [I guess wheat is just as addictive when you get used to it :)]

(small 'relapse' - 2OC7TuSS, back on track almost)
Did not exercise all week after a sports injury. Should go more often now that is getting healed & monitor my food more closely. Have maintained weight since last time.
Threw out all the junk food, eat fairly healthy...just too much bread (wheat at least now though)
I think I found a fairly balanced healthy diet, although I do would like to record another reading for a week to confirm I'm eating right
