Hi, I'm a 49 and struggling with my weight, like (I'm sure many women
my age) at a point in my life where I really need to get a grip
on my eating and recent weight gain..
I've always been healthy, but as a RN I know that as I
age my bad eating habits and weight will affect my health...so it's
time to take charge and change...I'm looking forward to the support
from this website and learning from all that I can from everyone..
I've been blessed in my personal life, married 31years. 2 sons,
daughter in law and 3 y/o grandson...my husband & I are classic car
collectors, we luv watching Smallville and Chuck...I luv shoes and purses.....my biggest weakness is
........ chocolate....my cousin referred me to this website
thanks..Kathy.....God Bless.....b

Cheat Day
I think a "cheat day" is a great idea....as long as you don't lose
your focus...a favorite treat/meal weekly is fine...we all need to
enjoy life...dieting isn't always fun...and we do miss our favorite
"fattening treats"...so if your stay on your diet you should reward
yourself...my husband and I do weekly, one meal or treat..we are still
on track and losing weight......b
