Been shubby from teen time. i managed to go down to 47 kg for my wedding, then after I was around 50 which was kind of okay (looking back because the I thought of myself big). After pregnancy, my body was virtually back to its size after birth but Breastfeeding made me eat like crazy and the weight went to over 60 kilos. Since, my weight keeps yoyoing between 62 and 65. I cannot lose weight as easy as before, and working out is a must for me to shed some fat. I started working out many times and seeing results but a holiday trip would always kill the motivation, back to vicious cycle of laziness and sedentary lifestyle. Besides I don't enjoy exercising, I find it tiring and boring :)). Dancing is a bit easier with good music.
I don't like to weigh myself, And I don't own a scale. 65 kg is how much I last weighed at the doctor's. I'd rather look to see if I am getting smaller and how I fit in clothes. After 5 days of watching what I eat and exercising, I see changes, my belly has gone down, my face is smaller...
