so here I am AGAIN starting over once again after so many attempts for losing weight. My baby is now 10 months and I went from a 189 lbs pre pregnancy weight to a 226 lbs weight...It has been 10 months of struggle attempting to loose all this weight but all that has happened is I started gaining more....So, This time I went to see a physician who would help me lose all the weight I've gained and get me back on track. I was put on medication and I have done very good so far I have lost 6 pounds in a week using phentermine in the morning and metformin before I go to bed. I am on a very strict diet which is, drinking a supplement each morning, a snack in between breakfast and lunch, my lunch, which is a very very healthy lunch (low-calorie lunch) and a snack after that in the mid afternoon and for dinner also the protein shake. I am limited to a 1500 calorie diet but I have done very well I have kept myself eating under 1000 cal per day and that has helped me very much. At times I am a bit hungry but I think I've done very well, these phentermine have really helped. I hope I meet My goal very soon! thank you to everybody that has supported me in my weight-loss I started last Tuesday weighing 226 pounds and this morning I was 220lbs.... This has been a struggle for me, the first 2 days were killers, and i felt like fainting, my body wasnt used to eating healthy but now im doing better it is just a matter of staying motivated.

Here I am, dieting again....I have done horrible!! I have not taken care of myself and almost back to where I started...I feel miserable that I let it go this far. Its seems harder this time 😔
