losing 3.5 lb a week

Well the elusive 100 pounds is still hiding, but I am getting other rewards. 2 weeks ago I had to add three new holes to my belt to get it to fit. Yesterday we went out to a movie and had to add another, so even if the weight is not dropping, the inches are!! Now that I think about it, the last time I went for a while without losing weight, I lost a bunch of inches as well. I tried on a suit coat that six months ago I could not even get the sides to touch over my stomach now has 6-8 inches of overlap so the heck with the scale, I will just keep on keeping on and the scale will catch up (I would rather it show on the clothes anyway).

Decided to check my weight this morning and am a little upset. I have gained over 2 pounds. It's impossible for it to be fat gain as I have been low on calories, so it's water (or muscle). I have been doing elliptical a couple times a day until my legs are rubber and have been more active overall. I am pushing hard to hit the one hundred mark, but it is resisting. Official weigh in is not till friday so have to getter done.

Just got off the elliptical and boy that thing kicks my butt. As I am counting down how long I can keep going, I keep hearing Jillian Michaels saying "Is that all you got, are you a quitter". It keeps me going for a little longer and push a little harder. I have only had it for a few weeks, but it is interesting to see my improvements. The first few days of use and my legs would give out (turn to rubber) before I was totally out of breath. Then my legs got stronger and my cardio was what let me down. They keep leapfrogging from one to the other as both improve. The time I can keep going is still short, but is improving every couple of days. I can't do a long period at once, but I go on several times a day. I need to log my times better so I can see the improvement.
