It is cold and rainy today so I didn't get out and exercise. Here is to hoping that it won't make me unmotivated to go tomorrow.

I hit the ultimate rock bottom on my weight scale yesterday. I was told that I was too big to get on a carnival ride at the rodeo, so I am now in ultra fat loss mode. So let's get started.
