Hi, I'm a 24 mother of a 3 yr old girl. I've been married for almost 5 yrs now. both my husband and i have been overweight most of our lives. we decided to start atkins in the beginning of march after seeing the success his parents had with the program. i've dropped about 7 pounds and my husband close to 20 now. i believe we've lost more inches than pounds. both of us went down almost 2 pant sizes. i work out usually 4-5 days a week doing turbo jam workouts at home. i like this website better because it has more foods in the system and i can actually track my net carbs which is easier. need to up my calories though, i wasn't getting enough, need to work on that.
