Today has been a mixed fitness day. The cafe at my church is my mortal enemy. They have these cream cheese filled mini croissants...I had four. Then I got a grilled chicken burrito from Taco Bell, but this is an improvement because usually I eat life 3 items from Taco Bell. I went grocery shopping with my friend Manisha and we got a ton of good items from the store. I am excited about cooking and eating my own healthy meals.
I also went to the gym. Worked out my legs. They are on fire. I think I am only going to weigh myself twice a week. I don't want to go back to being a compulsive weigher.

Since November 2009 I have lost 14lbs, and kept it off. I feel like I have hit a plateau though. I have a new job I will be starting in June and I know it is going to be physically demanding. So, I would love to lose the last couple of pounds and be an example to my new and current teammates of hard work and determination. I am using this site for encouragement and advice.
