Why you don't lose weight?
That's awesome...you should eat really healthy...I’m on 16%...Not saying that a calorie deficit is not important...what I’m train to say is that you should not think in eat less calories...just eat healthy and it will lead your body to balance its metabolism and then the calorie deficit will come itself…Regards.

Well i understand that you don't believe it. It says that is not for you. And yeah, then comes 12 months, then 12 years and on, because you're so motivated about the fact that it really works, that you would not even think about not keep doing it,will become a routine...Best Regards.

Why you don't lose weight?
You're right PicklesPickles...that's the reason i end up quitting that training program...not because it didn't work, you can see it in YouTube if you want...just because i was afraid of not having the success they promised me...i didn’t buy the app... Later i found a person that told me something i didn't notice back then "Change your mindset that it will lead you to the place you want to be". I was so intrigued that i began to follow him...at the end i bought his mindset program...then i purchase a fitness program and lost 7% body fat in 10 weeks, without killing myself. I do not have a model body, i have a 16, 5% body fat and i really think i have a good looking body...I’m not the only one that thinks it, that can assure you. But most important than be more attractive to me is that I’m healthier.
So if you think that is not possible, you won’t get it, but if you think that it is possible...you will probably get it and that’s better from my perspective.
I understand why you copy that…you’re angry because you’re thinking they are lying and I’m lying too, but let me tell you that there are people that really want to help us, but our ego is so strong that we don’t want to accept it. You don’t have to make what I tell you, but you founded interesting and that’s the reason you had post, to defend your beliefs. And that’s great, that’s the reason why I had done the post…to see different perspectives; I find it quite interesting, why? Because I can learn a lot from here I suppose, and I like to suppose that.
Spacey48 give us www.iifym.com as an alternative…Is an awesome blog…much the same as the site I followed but a lot more expensive...in fact with the blog info you can make it…it’s really solid.
The only one that can guarantee your success is yourself, but someone can help you to get it faster…So don’t purchase that app, there are plenty of apps, books and programs that will help you, but try not to judge that way because that’s the worst thing you can do…thanks for the post.

Why you don't lose weight?
There are no secrets or golden rule...if you want to lose weight the only way is to eat healthy and exercise (to maintain your muscle)...as Spacey says a calorie deficit is needed but i'm talking about not counting them...if you eat healthy your body itself will change graduately. May be you think you’re eating healthy
if you want faster results, there is another app, is truly famous...it's called freeletics and they guarantee you that in 12 weeks you'll get a good looking body... but the workout is insane...i started the last year and i couldn't support the pain and the effort... but then i realized that if i wanted a change i needed to make an effort, but i was wrong on the effort i was making...i needed to change my mindset and while my mind was getting stronger i began to eat well and exercise, not as hard as freeletics, just calisthenics.
And love handles are really tough to banish because it is really back fat…but you have to keep doing. If you think you’re not progressing, so Google about people who have achieved what you want…you’ll get impressed…if you want and if you know to read Spanish I recommend you to Google Fitness Revolucionario…and I had liked your post so don’t say it was a mistake.

Why you don't lose weight?
Puhpine1 that's exactly why you should not eat less because it would increment your muscle loss rate... no one wants to lose muscle, because it is what keep us healthy. You have to eat a lot of good food. My experience told me you should eat in this amount order:
1. Vegetable and fruits (vegetables as the main source of food).
2. Protein (Fish, eggs, chicken, meat, not a big fan of protein supplements but whey protein is really good as people says but has to be made in a process of high temperature and high pressure).
3. Healthy Fat (nuts, coconut, avocado, olive oil etc..., will help you to control the anxiety).
Muscles are fat burning machines, so if you want to burn fat faster you have to gain muscle.
I've seen Dr. Jason Jung channel and it's true what he says...or just of my point of view.
If you are feeling really cold is because obviously you're losing fat, but in a very wrong way. You're limiting calories and so your metabolism get slow (like hibernating).
When you count calories you're giving to yourself the option to fail, because you will eat less just to eat that tasty donut with soda. So, if you ask me just eat healthy, it will lead you to weight loss without eating less or starve all day…Thanks for the post.
