Well, it's been awhile since I've been to fat secret, and although I've continued to exercise regularly, I haven't been following my healthy eating plan for the past month, and have gained 4 pounds. I'm rededicating myself, and will write and visit this site regularly from now on.

I was away for a few days, and eating well was difficult. I retreated back to former eating patterns for awhile,but caught myself, so I didn't go over the high end of the range that I'm keeping my weight in. I went right back to working out, and did 30 minutes on the arc trainer,which,for me, is a real sweat-inducer.
I'm getting the hang of eating like a person who maintains their weight within a normal range. Mostly all the food I eat is nutritious and in appropriate portion size, but I also occasionally have decadent desserts as well. The difference now, and this was a hard thing to unlearn, or just plain stop, was the feeling and belief that if I overate, or "broke another diet" that I was hopeless,that I couldn't change myself,that i was destined to be fat, and what did it really matter anyway?
That belief is history. Plain and simply put,I've changed!

Nothing new to say...things are good, weight stable. Trying to stay focused on the positive, instead of being sucked into the black hole of the negative. Boy is it easy to think negative!
