im a mother of 2, just resigned from a full time job. as i have a lot of time now especially in the morning, i join a nearby fitness center to burn my bodyfat and of course lose some weight.
i do weight exercise every monday, wednesday and friday .. and finish it with a 30 minutes cardio.
i swim every tuesday and friday (after weight exercise)
and i take spinning class every thursday
saturday and sunday i dont go to the gym as my kids and husband are at home. what i do is i take jump-ropes (skipping rope) and do that for 500 jumps. i hope i can do more in the future.
my diet mostly consists of lean meat, veggie and fruits. oh and also thousands of gallons of water :) ..
i hope i reach my goal before my birthday next year which is on valentine's day .. wish me luck ;)
