I love it! I've been lightly exercising, been busy with school, fasted 2 days with a protein drink, ate some smaller meals - all since Monday (I knew the start of a new week would jumpstart me psychologically! haha) and I'm 97 pounds today!
Praise God!!! I think I'm going to go a little more drastic. I've been eating carbs. Following my own diet..next week I'll be trying out the Fit For Life diet-lifestyle thing so it can be a bit more permanent!
Something happy..I'm seeing my tummy fat disappear!

DAY 2's SUMMARY:
Not super healthy meals, Just moderate, Unstraineous exercise
okay..i didn't eat very healthy today either.
1. papayas in the morning
2. half a bowl of noodles, half a croissant, munched at cereal (a whole bowl i think!) for lunch.
3. ate 2 small apples
tuna + lettuce
drank a nutrifresh thingy
4. came home. at. 2 popiahs. frieed! oh dear. and some glass noodles. then. ate. 3 more after coming home from an hour walking + running. but don't feel the ooomph of exercise! not straineous at all! i hope i can sleep + then run smore at midnight. Haha.
we'll see. now, to find my skippin rope...

DAY 1's SUMMARY:

didn't eat healthy! was good after lunch till the CARROT CAKE! cream, biscuits. ugghh!
but after going to the bookstore + church I came home & ate a bangkuang popiah then...ran for 32 minutes! 3.6 miles I think, 360 or was it 460 calories?
Yeeeharrr! I haven't felt this good in so long! Now I love exercise. Mmhmm. HAHA. Did 30 mins of weights & situps + leg things, then....retired at 1am. I didn't feel like sleeping though!
