I'll rate myself poorly this week, even though there's a net loss again. I did not eat well the past two days, and it shows. I did make it to Curves this week 3 times, and walked three times as well. Wed I had a day trip out of town for work with 6 others - was so proud that I took my salad with me, but then still snacked too much during the boring times and the 6 hour total drive. The next day was a retirement party and too many good things to eat. After weighing in this morning at WW, then going to Curves to work out, I was starting to feel funny, and I stopped at the first place I saw - Wendy's. SHOULD have driven a b=it further and went to the grocery store!!! Caved in and had a burger and some fries, and I haven't eaten like this in a while so I feel too stuffed. I did do some more aerobic step exercises at home - I had just bought a Cathe step board with risers and a DVD, I'm not coordinated enough to keep up with her but did what I could :) OK, I'm getting past these few days and will strive to get a full pound off by this time next Friday :) Staying positive, it's all good !!!! We learn so much from times like this !!!

Feeling good !!!

The new weight dropped me to 28 daily PointsPlus; 29 was difficult and I went over some each day this week, but did increase my fats while TRYING to decrease the carbs....not easy. Now 28...UGH!! Oh, well. I'LL MAKE IT WORK :)

I'm also trying to add more fiber so the net carbs are less. The weight really dropped in the last two days out of the week's interval.

I did decide to join Curves and paid my fee today (they take an enrollment fee plus the first month, then each month after that is debited from my checking account). I worked the normal circuit but did not try the Jillian Michaels exercises yet. The video was playing and those exercises look very challenging. I want to get in the groove first then I will try them, in 1-2 weeks after I build some strength in my arms and legs.

Still looking to lose 1 pound a week as I build muscle, and will not get discouraged if I do not see that number. Got to build muscle and burn fat.
