Ok, -2.2 last week, + 2.2 this week so I'm back where I was 2 weeks ago. I know it's the carbs. I've been active this week - shoot, I did my 5K last week and the equivalent of another on Sunday, and walked every day too at least 1.5 miles plus Curves 2 times. I made some poor food choices, and missed tracking a day and a half here and one day on WW. Lesson learned :) No more Kashi bars either. That's become my new "donut" - AKA a trigger food. So today I did another 3.5 miles walk (it's getting easier all the time, was winded at the end but recovered after only 1 cool down lap), went to Curves, and am going to do my nightly dance party in front of the TV. I'm not discouraged, so if you gained this week, you stay strong and encouraged and ready for a new day tomorrow :D

I shed the 1.4 gained last week and an additional .8 for a total of -2.2; ready for my 5K in the morning. I added more dairy back into my diet, especially yogurt. I'm always having to watch for when my body gets too used to its food and I need to change things. Kept the walking going, only did 2 "soft" miles today (I didn't push myself too hard) since tomorrow will be busy for me. I'll get my food diary for today caught up this weekend, it's just been a really full day with a lot going on. Y'all have a great weekend !!! :)

Going out to eat with my parents and hubby this evening, and we are going to Fatz Cafe. Every restaurant should have a tool like this one, for anyone to plan what they want to eat ahead of time and how to have it prepared for them. This is cool:

I knew it was coming, but it's ok !!! As I said yesterday, I own it. I am feeling great getting ready for the 5K, and I've been very active. 63 WW Activity Points earned from Fri-Thu, that's more than I earned the entire month of February before I started this training. I did the equivalent of the 5K on both Monday and Tuesday all at once, the rest of the days are doing it in two separate times during the day. My legs are looking great with the added muscle, and I'm wearing 14's-16's. I did eat too many carbs and not enough dairy and protein last week. I also had a solid month of losses in March, 7 pounds total. My body is adjusting and I'll figure it out; my goal is to get that 1.4 off by next week's weigh in. Been off this week, back to work tomorrow and a more usual routine. April 12 is the big day !!!!

I've been on PTO from work this week, and walking like a madwoman :) I did the equivalent of a 5K on both Monday and Tuesday, all at once, and kept it right at an hour, walking. I did 2 miles each yesterday morning and yesterday afternoon, and 2.5 miles this morning before going to visit my parents. Again, that's a rough place to go the day before weigh-in !!! But I've been over my Points each day this week, too - just been extra hungry with all the walking. I know I've built some muscle as well. Tomorrow won't be pretty at the scales, but I'll own it because it's mine. I feel great so there's no guilt. I'm adapting. I have earned 60 additional WW Activity Points on my ActiveLink, the most I've ever earned in one week - very proud of that. I've eaten 25 of them though !!! But they were mine to use. I'm hoping for no more than a 2 pound gain, so we will see what happens. I've been tracking religiously on WW, so I have the printouts and am going to get my three days caught up here now. It's been a good week for experimenting and seeing what my body does with the increased activity.
