all day at work i been so sleepy. i almost skipped my workout this evening. i didnt have energy to do cardio so i decided to do arm strength with my dumbbells and i threw in 10 min extra of abs. 40 minutes all together. 🙂

its been stressful. im only one working partime and i have a family to support and now a new car payment. wasn't expecting my man to be without a job. last week i was annoyed, i work4 days ,and nobody can freaking help around the house. so i did it this weekend. i did take naps this weekend. i never do that..im feeling overwhelmed. anyways its a new week...turn that stress into energy for my workouts! hard part is doing it after work lol , im doing ok. not always easy but im determined.

last week sucked i didn't exercise. this week im back on track. 4 days done!

6 days i exercise this week. one day i only did 20 min so idk if that even counts lol
friday i did 30 min legs...today i did 50 min full body strength workout 🙂
