I dont know if the scale is lying to me, or if the scale showed more on Wednesday when I first weighed in, but 2kg in 4 days seems a bit steep... I have been following my calorie intake quite closely, and not eating crap like i otherwise would have, but still... i think i will have to give this a few days and see what it really turns out to be (will weigh in again on wednesday and see then)

Day 3 of my new "diet"// lifestyle. It IS getting easier, though I am still consuming roughly 2000 calories a day (where my BMR is 1500). Having said that, I work out daily where I burn about 400-600 calories per workout, so I am still on track (well, the weigh in on Wed will tell me if I am or not). I have been noticing that I very much have sweet cravings (not something I was aware of previously as I always thought I had a salty craving tooth...) I look forward to when these once loose jeans I am wearing today will fit as they should- tucking in my belly under the waistline is not my idea of confidence inspiring.

starting back today. So far at 2:12pm I have recorded over 1600 cals consumed. Explains how I got like this. Im kinda down right now, but hoping that I can stay on track.
