havent been feelign very good for the last two days so it was no gym for me yesterday and likely not today either. I am getting the itch to do something though, so i might end up doing some light walking on an incline... enough to break a sweat but not to go super hard. also, I was supposed to do my weigh in yesterday so by not going I missed my weekly weigh in... hence, extra motivation to go today! Lets keep our fingers crossed!

Usually its Monday's that are not so good days, but here we have a Blue Tuesday. I feel like crap- it might be the rain, the fact that i put 1/3 of my calories into breakfast and was still hungry after- so that I ate lunch at 11... or that I am wondering how I will ever succeed at eating under 2000 calories (which is what I am averaging now). While I realize that its probably portion size that is killing me, I dont feel like its such a biggie when Im hungry. Its only after I eat 1.5 cups of cereal instead of 1 cup, or two chicken patties instead of 1 that I feel silly, and ashamed. Like I am making a joke of my calories counting attempts by undoing it with too big portions. Any insight into tricks or tips to help with this would be great.

New Week- new challenges. Happy Monday everyone. I am loving this eating clean thing... being accountable to my food diary keeps me on the straight and narrow, though i did have a chunk of my friend's chocolate muffin... :S its not the whole muffin i would have otherwise had. Or those glazed scones from Starbucks... mmm... :D anyway, been doing well. Feeling great even if my body hasn't changed- my husband has commented that "not that you looked bad before, but I love the definition in your arms" which is a great compliment. Im actually quite looking forward to the summer wardrobe (which is a new thing for me).
