It is very difficult, and very overwhelming! The mind sometimes does not know what to do first! We need to care enough to move enough, and try to eat as best that we can! Anything is a start! To stay dedicated is another thing! Baby steps, I suppose! The treadmill is my biggest challenge so far! Dedication, and a lot of hard work! Your so right about it! Your doing great! So proud of you! I think I need to get more protein in myself! The right kind! I get tired of the same stuff. A vegetarian menu can be very challenging at times, especially with other family members eating differently! We can do this! This shake sounds real good! With protein for Super. The most challenging meal of the day! Good luck to all!

Zumba
I have had similar problems. Atkins had given me the stomach flu real bad. I am still trying overall to cut back on the bad carbs, or processes, simple carbs. i don't like to put food in a category. But, we all pretty much know what to eat, it is doing it. For me I have to encourage/push myself to eat most of the times. I have been an emotional eater, on, and off. Mostly I have been struggling with the other/flip side of the coin. Overall, eating disorders do not go poof overnight. So, as I was telling my friend sitting, and talking about various things. Sometimes it will be a medium struggle, sometimes a hard one, other times a lighter one. I also struggle with other disorders which make it even harder. But, I am determined, need to get on the ball. And, I have to think positive! We can indeed do this! I will have to move more as well! The DVD Zumba sounds good for the arms & the legs. Can you find it for purchase at any stores. I have so many tools, DVD's tapes! I just need to use them, collecting dust will not help us! Like you said it is just a matter of doing it, we all know pretty much what to do! I think I will stick to my own diet, no one knows our bodies better then us. Cut back, eat enough, and don't deprive ourselves. Moving more helps to! Good luck to you! You look like you are on the right road! Never give up on you!

Is it worth to have both?
That is a good tip! Good for you! Positive thinking! I have also heard some people that crave a lot of sugar, need to eat more protein. They do not get enough protein in their diets, that use to be me! Though, I still just love sugar, some times! And my chocolate! Good luck to you, and to everybody!

Whats for dinner?
That's nice Missy! That he was kind, and thoughtful enough to do that for you! Instead of having to push them to the side! As for me, I mostly make different things, some for them, and some for me, but it all works still out in the end! I however, need to get a bit more creative, because, of having boredom, starting in on me!
