I am starting the 6 week Dr. Oz challenge. Go to doctoroz.com and click on whatever to get a weight watcher near you. You have to go before monday to weigh in for free for dr. oz. they mail in one sheet and you keep the other and input your weight on dr. oz. then you take his 7 quizes to enter his million dollar sweepstakes! I have to lose one pound a week until the week of april2-9th. Lose either 10% of your weight or get to your ideal BMI. I need to get to 141 for 25 BMI, just 5lbs. How hard can it be? everyone join me!

I was listening to Piers Morgan interview someone, can't remember who about his addiction. He said, not until you say the party is over will you stop doing the addiction. That applies to our eating, too. For me, it is like a birthday party every day. When is the party over? Today. It is being an adult and taking your lifestyle seriously. It is worrying about your health and what you are doing to your arteries, etc. Our bodies are wonderful, fragile machines of water, skin and innards. If only we could see every day what our food is doing to our bodies, maybe we would stop with the toxins and pollution.

I wonder if I can cut out sugary desserts all together for a week? VD didn't help at all. Sugar is an addiction. but i have to combine it with chocolate.....
