Starting a new journey for me.
Used to be, I would jog 5 miles a night, ride bikes with my son, lift weights and play tennis...I COULD EAT ANYTHING!
Now, I have a neurological disorder that makes it tough to walk much less jog, AND severe rheumatoid arthritis AND 3 ruptured discs in my back ALL of which are incurable..SO Im pretty much stuck with calories in PERIOD...exercise is gone away for me.....
Im not doing TOO bad though...I was 260 lbs at one point in my life. I seem to be hovering around 220...ID LIKE to be around 200......so....all in all...I havent suffered too awful bad from lack of exercise, cause i DO LOVE TO EAT
