So I haven't been posting on here.
When I started doing low carb for REAL REAL last Feb 2010, I lost 25 lbs. From 155 I went down to 130. I was doing well so what did I do next? I started to eat off plan. For three months. I regained 19 back. Ugh. So now I am almost back to where I started a year ago and even worse.
It's been a struggle. I've been so frustrated and started doubting Low Carb. But today is a new day and I am adding workouts to my every day life.

I haven't been getting my carbs in. Sometimes I get hungry but I don't know what to eat. I'm getting tired of prepping food for myself. I should try harder, I know... I'm out of ideas for things to eat that are easy to prepare and with easy-to-find ingredients.

My weight loss is still ongoing but it had slowed down. For the past 2 days or so I haven't been feeling well, kinda depressed I guess. I've had the worst cravings for carbs and sugar and that had me down and in a bad mood. But I'm gonna change that now. A 0.8 lb loss isn't bad.
I still wonder if t's better to weigh myself everyday or just weigh after a trip to the toilet...
