Fruit
You should reduce your intake of fruits to 2 pieces a day. 4-5 is way too many apples. Although apples are very good for you because of the pectin, the amount of sugar/carbs will outweigh that. Try a piece of fruit in the morning then 1 piece in the afternoon or evening. Mix it with a nut butter for the fat/protein. Don't overdue the nut butter because it will have the same affect.
