So I have not done a great job of keeping track of what I eat during this "time," but I did get in 2 workouts today. That is a first for me. Spring has finally arrived in the "Tundra" so I can't help but want to run outside when my hubby gets home from work. He is so cool. He purposely came home early, cooked dinner while I was gone and then left right after to take our son to baseball. What a blessing he is!

This is the worst week for me with my "monthly" coming. I hate how much I crave junk food. I am hoping to just keep up the exercise and try to make some alternative food choices. Baked chips instead of no chips, cinnamon raisin meal bars instead of a cinnamon roll, etc. I also want to try to force myself to keep track of everything I eat during the week ahead. I usally don't cuz I am too embarassed. Maybe knowing others can look at it will keep me more accountable. I will also stay OFF the scale until it is all over. I get soo discouraged cuz of the water weight. Here's to the week ahead!

I am sooo psyched. I went for my annual visit this morning and was down 10 pounds from the last time I was there!!! This baby fat is finally coming off!!! I hate to admit it, but it is all about eating right. When I don't eat "junk" (which I love) the weight comes off and stays off. I hope this keeps me motivated to keep going. Instead of falling off the wagon like I usuall do.

My workout was way intense for 5:30 in the morning. Now I feel "off." I am trying to eat a lot of protein to balance it. I hate feeling like this. Hope I recover soon. The good news is the scale was back @121 this morning after too many days of bad eating. I am back on track, so hopefully the weight will keep coming off.

Yah! A day of clean eating. I did eat cereal for an afternoon snack, but I'm okay with that. Now I am done for the night. Even if I get hungry - I CAN go to bed hungry! It can only help the weight to come off even more.
