I am a 38 year old mom of 12 & 10 year old boys, & a 4 year old daughter. I love to workout, but don't love to watch what I eat. I try to eat when I am hungry & stop when I am full - using the God given cues my body has been made with. I am still trying to lose the last five STUBBORN pounds & would LOVE to lose even a little more than that. This is a journey that God & I are on together. I would love to start over with you guys. Are you planning Phase 1 for 2 weeks? I will probably only do it for a week, because my hubby and I are going on a trip the second week and realistically there is no way I will stay on Phase 1. I will need to be on 2 for that. Let me know. We should add each other as buddies also, so we can keep each other posted as to how we are doing. I need to do this with others to keep me accountable. I find it really easy to slip a little here and there.

Question
Not only do I retain water, but I eat EVERYTHING in sight. I have NO control and want carbs and sweets. It actuallly makes me sick to think about how badly I eat. I usally go back down once it is over, but I have to really work at it the first week after. Have you noticed anything like that a week or so before you get your tom or during the first few days? It may have something to do with it.
